10 years after family man Chas a terrible mistake along with occult detective John Constantine attempt to cure Chas's daughter Trish from a coma that was supernatural. With the assistance of the Nightmare Nurse, the Queen of Angels, and brutal Aztec God Mictlantecuhtli, the pair only might have an opportunity in out-smarting the demon Beroul to rescue the soul of Trish.
