Quito 2023

Is the year 2023. Leonardo Ponce, a dictator that took control of their city has walled quito. A set of revolutionaries are on the verge of giving a coup d'état. Hours before the attack starts asking tough questions that led everyone to reevaluate why are they doing so and steps. Meanwhile in Ponce's palace, he's currently trying to decipher what's happening at town wall. There's movement that is unusual and one of the revolutionaries is recorded. Ponce attempts to find as much advice as he can from him. Quito 2023 shows the individual side of their revolution, the internal struggles of their leaders and also the hopelessness of a place that cannot be regulated.
