The Man Standing Next

In the 1970s, President Park has complete control over Korea. He is in charge of the KCIA, which has more power than any other part of the government. KIM Gyu-pyeong, who is in charge of the KCIA, seems to be the most likely candidate for second-in-command. In the middle of the reign of fear, PARK Yong-gak, a former KCIA director who knows everything about the government's secret operations, flees to the U.S., where the 'Koreagate' investigation is taking place.
