Where's Officer Tuba?

The film stars Sammo Hung and was directed by Ricky Lau Koon-wai and Phillip Chan Yan-kin. Rather than patrol the streets, the cowardly Tuba (Hung) would rather perform in the brass section of the police band. One day, he's embroiled in an extortion investigation with Rambo Chow, a detective who doesn't hesitate to use deadly force (David Chiang Da-wei). Deathly wounded, Rambo vows half-heartedly to exact revenge. When Rambo's ghost reappears to make sure the cowardly cop follows through on his word, Tuba is more than a little taken aback. After some time, Tuba musters the courage to go after the villains, with the help of his expert partner Cheung (Jacky Cheung Hok-yau).
