Freddy's Nightmares
Freddy's Nightmares is a American horror anthology show, which aired in October 1988 until March 1990. Freddy Krueger introduced each story, A spin-off from the Nightmare on Elm Street series. This format is essentially the same as that employed Tales from the Crypt, by Alfred Hitchcock Presents, or The Twilight Zone. The pilot episode was directed by Tobe Hooper, also begins with Freddy Krueger's acquittal of their charges as a result of his officer's shortage of estimating the Miranda warning during the right time of Freddy's arrest. A mob of parents corners Freddy at a power plant, resulting to him acquiring his visage, dying and being torched by law enforcement officer.
New Line Television produced the show. It was distributed by Lorimar-Telepictures. However, Warner Bros.. Later acquiring Lorimar-Telepictures, syndication rights would be assumed by television.
