Kohei Kuryu is just a former juvenile delinquent who drops out of high and continues on to get a high school equivalency diploma. Kuryu becomes a prosecutor. Not your prosecutor, which is immediately seen that he wears, Kuryu owns a kind of cleverness and instincts that merely someone raised on the roads might have. Maiko Amamiya can be a shrewd public prosecutor who tries her best to be detected by her own boss and has her eyes set on passing the exam to become a deputy prosecutor. Kuryu, to Amamiya's branch, after having a reputation for doing work, is transferred on the flip side, also opens his eyes to the chance of promotion.
