Lassie

Lassie is a American television series that follows the adventures of a lady Rough Collie dog called Lassie and her companions, animal and human. The show has been televised from September 1-2, 1954, to March 24, 1973 and was the production of animal trainer Rudd Weatherwax and producer Robert Maxwell. Before inputting first-run syndication for its final two 25, one of those series on tv, the show chalked up seventeen seasons on CBS. Filmed in black and white, the show transitioned in 1965 to color. The first ten seasons of the show follow Lassie's adventures in a small farming area. Fictional eleven-year-old Jeff Miller, his mother, and his grandfather would be Lassie's very first individual companions before seven-year-old Timmy Martin along with his parents simply take control in the fourth season. When Lassie's pops on the farm ending from the season, she finds fresh adventures in the wilderness with a series of United States Forest Service Rangers.
