Nickelodeon Guts
The American "action sports" competition series Nickelodeon Guts is hosted by actor/comedian Mike O'Malley and officiated by British actress Moira "Mo" Quirk. From 1992 through 1995, the series was broadcast by the cable television network Nickelodeon. Young athletes compete in a variety of sporting events in "Extreme Arena," a set constructed on Sound Stage 21 at Universal Studios Florida. Reruns of Guts aired on Nickelodeon from January 15, 1996 to February 28, 1999, and then on Nickelodeon GAS from March 1, 1999 to the network's shutdown on December 31, 2007. Since January 1, 2008, it has occasionally been aired in reruns on TeenNick. In 2008, Nickelodeon revived the series My Family's Got Guts with two new seasons.
