The Cowboys
The Cowboys was a shortlived Western television series on the basis of the 1972 motion picture of the identical name starring John Wayne. It aired on the American Broadcasting Company television system from February 6. The television series Star Red Diana Douglas Jim Davis, Moses Gunn, A Martinez, Robert Carradine, and Clay O'Brien. The Collection was, produced by david Dortort, best known for The High Chaparral and Bonanza. The television series, just like the picture, followed the exploits of seven boys that worked on a ranch at 1870s New Mexico. The Cowboys began as an hour-long series, however, ABC decided to reduce running time and energy to a half hour format.
The format change did not cause viewers, and also the series was the casualty of premature cancellation.
Guest celebrities comprised Cal Bellini as Wa-Cha-Ka at"The Indian Givers", Kevin Hagen as Josh Redding at"Passing on a Fast Horse", and Lurene Tuttle as Grandma Jesse at"Manya Good Horse Died".
